it would be awkward to say that i felt joy when looking at the orbituaries, but it was what happened this morning. before you get the wrong idea, i was looking at my uncle's, and a biblical verse and certain words in the box seemed to suggest to me sthg. upon clarification with mum, i came to know that my cousins (i.e. my uncle's children i.e. mum's nieces) have baptised him some days ago, and he was apparently rather receptive.

there is hope after all. :)

studying and badminton with ellen today was good. although the studying part could have been better of course, haha. :P exercise makes one sleep better and i sure hope i dont lay wide awake again tonight, as was what happened the past few nights. :/
